Thank you for choosing to support TRU Thrift Shop and TRU Community Care! We gladly accept new and gently used items deemed salable by thrift shop staff.
Donations are accepted from 11 am to 4 pm, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Donations are not received on other days. All donations must be in good, clean, working condition, and must be verified with a thrift shop associate before being donated. We ask that you keep all clothing, shoes, accessories, linens, books, media, electronics, and sporting goods separated from each other for sorting purposes. Please do not leave donations outside of posted hours, and do not use the thrift shop for dumping purposes.
While we make every effort to accept as many donations as we possibly can, we unfortunately have a limited amount of space. As a result, we reserve the right to limit the volume of single donations received each day.
We do not accept items that are damaged, broken, stained, ripped, dirty, have pet hair, smell of smoke, incomplete, or compromised in any other way. We do not accept bulk quantities of items, nor do we accept individual parts or pieces of items. We reserve final discretion on all donations.
