Hospice Care

TRU Hospice Home Care

At TRU Hospice, we know that this is a very difficult and vulnerable time for you. Because you may have been fighting your illness for months or even years, considering hospice now may feel like a kind of surrender. Perhaps it will help you to remember that although a cure isn’t possible, there is still much you can control, and still great reason to hope for finding peace and meaning in each moment, enriching your relationships, and experiencing the end of life in a way that honors who you are and what you believe. As your focus shifts from a cure to quality of life, our goal is to help ease your burden and enable you to live every day that remains as fully as possible. Our pledge is to respect your wishes, protect your dignity and help you celebrate and complete your life at home, in comfort, surrounded by the people you love.

When you, your loved ones, or your patients are nearing their final months and are no longer looking for a cure, TRU Hospice can provide compassionate care and expert symptom management in the familiar comfort of home, surrounded by loved ones. Our family-centered approach means we’ll also guide and assist caregivers, along with offering them grief support after the loss. What’s more, we’ll collaborate with you to whatever degree you desire, managing your patient’s pain, easing symptoms, and ensuring the very highest quality of life for all the days that remain.

Located in Boulder County and serving the counties of Boulder, Denver, Broomfield, Adams, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Weld, and beyond, TRU’s experienced staff understands the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of terminally ill people and their families and has the specialized hospice service skills to meet them. With a range of end-of-life care options, we can provide the compassionate, individualized support you need, no matter your age or type of end-stage disease. Our hospice services care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever you live – at home, in an assisted living or skilled nursing community – or at our inpatient hospice facility, the TRU Hospice Care Center, in Longmont, CO.

The sooner you contact TRU Hospice, the more we can help. Please call us at (303) 604-5272 to learn more our hospice services.
